    Tanto el gel, que utilizo como para sanar cualquier problema de mi piel (tengo piel muy sensible y me salen eccemas, rojeces y reacciona mal al sol) y me pongo cada dia en la cara y cuello cuando llego a casa, así como en picaduras de mosquitos, arañazos o cortes pequeños, quemaduras, etc. En ocasiones, lo mezclo con una gotita de aceite esencial de lavanda. Tengo problemas con las encias y también me enjuago con un sorbo de gel. luego lo escupo y siento que me ayuda a sanar los pequeños problemas de la boca. Para cosas importantes, consulto al médico o farmaceutico, pero para las cosas pequeñas el Aloe es para mi, casi mágico.
    El de tomar lo uso un par de veces al año, para hacer limpieza interna, noto mejor mi estómago e intestinos,
    He vivido en Mexico y EEUU y utilizado Aloe de esos paises. Pero desde que empezaron a producir Aloe y los productos que se encuentran aquí (hace ya años...) lo probé y ya no he cambiado.
